'tis quite amazing what little things happen to us when we are little wee bitty people just so happen to condemn us to many things in the future. As for me, I learned Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) when I was only eleven years old. It's quite the helpful thing, as many years past the drama that induced it I now use it as part of my daily life on the web.

During this time, I've made may things, most of them looked nice, and I managed many websites that I either had a hand in creating or just there to help out.

I wouldn't exactly say I'm a “web designer” though. Maybe I once did, but the term is so subjective I'm not longer sure what even a web designer even is as a profession. All to say, even if I was a web designer, I'm a rather humble one at that; my portfolio is very modest. Browse through it if you so like.

Kirby's Rainbow Resort

I am/was a volunteer multimedia staffer at this Kirby Fansite. I still do updates there, but they remain random in order and time. The design you see on the main areas of the website were an old one done by another staffer (Aqua) but that's not to say I didn't have my way with it whenever I was in the right mood.

Once, to celebrate the occasion of new imported manga, I custom tooled a new layout for the Manga section of the website. Otherwise, there was also a new and very colourful retooling of the sound and music archives.

Paroisse St. Joseph Parish

Another volunteer job and my first one on freelance. Their old website was in rather sorry shape and hadn't been updated in at least 7 years. Easy problem to fix.

They didn't exactly tell me what they wanted, so the final design was very much a shot in the dark and only using what little resources they provided. However, they were quite happy with the final result.
